Dispatcher Doggett Toyota Lift - 3.3 Corpus Christi, TX Job Details 22 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description Dispatcher Classification Non-Exempt Job Summary The Dispatcher will be servicing multiple locations. The Dispatcher role will directly coordinate activities of technician crews and equipment. Essential Functions Keep customers properly informed of crew status, i.e., when they are on the way, running late, early, or other information the customer may require Supply crew members with proper customer/job information needed to complete work Assist fellow dispatchers when needed Commitment to safety with knowledge of safety processes. Ability to dispatch a variety of personnel and equipment according to schedules and workloads and to ensure that the right equipment, drivers and loads are coordinated to ensure the timely and safe delivery of the equipment. Ability to positively motivate, manage, and develop employees. Excellent command of computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Previous management of people, with a proven track record of positive employee relations and staff development. Other tasks as assigned Qualifications High school or equivalent (Preferred) or technical/trade school certification preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Positive customer service, people skills and interpersonal skills Proactive, analytical and detail oriented Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently or within a team environment Able to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment Typical Physical Activity Physical demands consist of sitting, stooping, kneeling, reaching, lifting, standing, walking, typing, talking, hearing and traveling.
