We're looking for a sharp, energetic Billing & Operations/Dispatch Specialist to join our tight-knit crew of 8-10 in Fort Worth. If you thrive in a busy, hands-on environment where every day is different and no task is too big or too small, this is your opportunity! What you'll do: Answer phones and dispatch technicians with speed and precision Handle service invoicing, quotes, and QuickBooks like a pro Maintain calendars, PM spreadsheets, filter/belt inventory, and service logs Order supplies, uniforms, and keep the office running smoothly File paperwork and support the entire field & sales team Who we're looking for: Strong billing/administrative background with QuickBooks experience Previous work in Construction, HVAC, Electrical, or Manufacturing Team player who jumps in wherever needed Excellent communicator who enjoys working with customers, salespeople & techs Casual to business-casual vibe in a small, supportive office.
