Wrangler Trucking LLC i s seeking an experienced Dispatch Manager to oversee our 24 Hour Salt Water Dispatch Department, We are looking for a motivated leader with a strong background in the oilfield trucking industry who can effectively manage dispatch operations, personnel, and customer service.

Qualifications:

5-7 years of Salt Water Dispatch experience required Previous management of supervisory experience preferred Strong knowledge of oilfield hauling operations and logistics Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment Experience coordinating drivers. equipment, and customer requests Proficient with dispatch software and Microsoft Office Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily dispatch operations for salt water hauling and heavy service work Mange and support dispatch personnel Coordinate drivers and equipment to maximize efficiencies Ensure customer requests are handled promptly and professionally Monitor driver productive and route performance Work closely with Operations, Safety, and Maintenance departments Maintain compliance with company policies and DOT regulations Resolve operational issues while maintianing excellent customer service

Pay:

$55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
