In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our community by monitoring access points, conducting surveillance activities, and responding promptly to incidents. Your proactive approach will help ensure a secure environment for residents, visitors, and staff alike. Responsibilities Manage access control by verifying credentials for residents, visitors, contractors, and vendors at entry points. Conduct regular CCTV surveillance and monitor security cameras to detect suspicious activity or security breaches. Respond swiftly to incidents or emergencies by coordinating with local law enforcement or emergency services as needed. Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs of daily security activities. Assist with loss prevention efforts by observing and addressing theft or vandalism attempts. Communicate effectively with residents and team members to ensure safety protocols are followed. Experience Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and effective interaction with residents and emergency responders. Proven ability to manage conflict situations with professionalism and tact. Experience in dispatching or coordinating responses during emergencies is advantageous.
