Responsibilities Coordinate plumbing service dispatches to our technicians Utilize GPS and other mapping tools to plan optimal routes for field technicians. Maintain accurate data entry and update schedules when dispatching Communicate effectively with technicians, clients, and internal teams via phone etiquette and professional communication skills. Communicate with the field supervisor on everything day to day Requirements Proven experience in dispatching in the Houston and surrounding areas Strong communication skills and phone skills Plumbing knowledge Take initiative to adjust schedules, reroute technicians, and communicate updates as situations change Proactively follow up on jobs, delays, and customer concerns Anticipate scheduling issues and resolve them before they impact service Ability to multitask efficiently using multi-line phone systems and data entry platforms. Flexible Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced setting. This role is integral to maintaining efficient plumbing dispatch operations through effective coordination, communication, and logistical analysis.
