2989949568-2 Apply for this job now Job Description BURNCO is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate daily deliveries of concrete and construction materials. In this role, you will schedule and dispatch trucks, optimize routes, and communicate with drivers, plant staff, and customers to ensure on-time, safe deliveries. You will monitor orders, adjust plans for changing site conditions, and record delivery data in dispatch systems. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll balance customer priorities with fleet availability while upholding BURNCO's strong safety culture, teamwork values, and commitment to reliable service for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities Schedule and dispatch trucks for concrete and aggregate deliveries Optimize delivery routes based on job priorities and fleet availability Communicate with drivers, plant staff, and customers throughout the day Monitor orders and adjust dispatch plans for changing site or traffic conditions Enter and maintain accurate delivery and trip data in dispatch systems Coordinate with operations to ensure truck readiness and compliance with safety standards Respond to delivery issues, delays, or emergencies and escalate when needed Support adherence to BURNCO safety policies and regulatory requirements Required Skills Fleet dispatching Route planning and optimization Construction materials logistics Transport regulations knowledge Dispatch or ERP software Data entry and recordkeeping Radio and phone communication Time management Problem-solving in fast-paced environments Customer service
