Duties Coordinate and schedule freight pickups and deliveries using transportation management systems such as Oracle Transportation Management and SyteLine Communicate with drivers, carriers, and clients via multi-line phone systems, ensuring clear and professional phone etiquette Utilize GPS and GIS tools to monitor vehicle locations, optimize routes, and provide real-time updates to stakeholders Manage shipping & receiving documentation accurately through data entry and system updates in AS400 and other logistics platforms Oversee fleet management activities, including dispatching trucks for timely deliveries and pickups while maintaining compliance with safety standards Collaborate with warehouse teams on shipping schedules, freight loading/unloading, and 3PL (third-party logistics) coordination Analyze transportation data to identify inefficiencies, suggest improvements, and support transportation planning initiatives Qualifications No experience needed Students are encouraged to apply Join us as a Dispatcher and become an essential part of our supply chain success!
