Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our logistics team. Dispatcher is responsible for receiving emergency and non-emergency calls from the public, quickly assessing the situation, determining the appropriate response, and dispatching the necessary emergency services (police and fire) to the incident location, while providing instructions to callers when needed, all while maintaining composure in high-pressure situations
