Requirements:

Must be outgoing and enjoying talking and working with people, team player. Phone Sales experience, ability to close missed opportunities. Proficient computer and phone skills Ability to work Monday thru Friday 8:00AM - 5:00 PM.

•Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service through effective communication and phone etiquette. Utilize logistics and analysis skills to coordinate dispatching and freight operations. Conduct telemarketing and inside sales activities to promote services and achieve sales targets. Maintain accurate data entry and documentation in transportation management systems. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Oversee shipping and receiving operations while ensuring compliance with company policies.
