Retirement Plan plus Company Match Qualifications High school diploma or GED 1+ Years Experience dispatching oilfield Class A CDL Drivers 1+ Years Experience in Oil & Gas industry 1+ Years Vacuum Truck Services Knowledge Preferred bilingual language abilities (English/Spanish) Highly proficient in Microsoft Office; particularly Microsoft Excel Ability to problem solve & utilize given resources to independently perform daily tasks Strong ability to communicate, multi task, and work in high pressure situations Professionally & effectively communicate with customer base Valid driver's license and the maintenance of a driving record that is above satisfactory Flexibility to work overtime, flex schedule, and be on call (this could include weekends, as needed) Ability to pass a background check & pre-employment drug screen Responsibilities Schedule and dispatch drivers, equipment, or service vehicles to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs. Determine appropriate routes and trucks to fulfill customer requirements and drivers' daily schedules Monitor drivers' logs and making sure the truckers are in compliance with Federal Department of Transportation regulations, procedures, and laws.
