Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliableFULL TIME
Tow Truck Dispatcher to join our team. Your primary starting shift will be the Second shift 3pm- 11pm, and you may be required to work Overtime on occasion.
PERSONALITY
is an absolute must and will play a huge factor in your employment with our company. You will be responsible for creating files and extensive recordkeeping. Additional duties may be requiredResponsibilities:
- Be a Self Starter and Fast Learner > Must Be Computer Literate
- Answer phones and gather all perinate information in detail
- Ability to manage multiple calls at one time while deciphering the importance level of each call.
- Understanding GPS coordinates, Interstate and Highway layouts, mile markers and landmarks to aid in precise location assistance.
- Communicate with drivers, and management, to receive job assignments and update status
- Maintain accurate records of services provided, including mileage, time, and any and all charges
- Provide excellent customer service with any questions or concerns
- Every Call > Every Time.
Skills:
TDLR VSF
(Vehicle Storage Facility) licensed- or the ability to secure a license.
- Proficient in using Towbook software for dispatching is a PLUS, BudgetGPS Maps for fleet management, RingCentral phone system, and Google Search Engine.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, drivers, and team members
- Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) for efficient route planning
- Knowledge of phone etiquette when communicating with customers or colleagues.
- Ability to pass mandatory drug testing as required by
