This role involves managing customer interactions, coordinating U-Haul rentals, heavy lifting and supporting aftermarket auto accessory sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This position offers an engaging environment where organizational skills and technical knowledge are essential for success. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate U-Haul dispatch operations, including scheduling, cleaning of vehicles, checking fluids and tire pressures. Organize inventory and keep accurate records. Assist customers with aftermarket auto accessory sales by providing product information, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate data entry related to shipments, inventory, and customer records. Oversee shipping & receiving activities, ensuring timely delivery and pickup of products. Handle inbound calls via multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette and effective communication skills. Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, record keeping, and documentation related to dispatching and sales activities. Help manager where needed. Qualifications Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide exceptional phone etiquette. Proficiency in typing and data entry using Quickbooks. Ability to multitask effectively. Previous experience in auto accessories sales or U-Haul dispatching is preferred but not required. Bilingual preferred along with good driving record. This role is vital for ensuring smooth operations in our aftermarket auto accessory sales department combined with efficient U-Haul dispatch services.
