Evening & Weekend Dispatcher Regional Trucking Company | 24/7 Operations We are seeking an experienced Evening & Weekend Dispatcher to join our regional trucking operation. This is a key position responsible for keeping our drivers, trucks, and loads moving efficiently during evening and weekend hours. Position Responsibilities Dispatch and monitor drivers to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries Communicate with drivers and operations staff Monitor loads and proactively resolve delays or operational issues Manage and update load information in real time Assist drivers with breakdowns, schedule changes, and other issues Ensure all load obligations are properly communicated and completed Maintain accurate dispatch records and documentation Work independently while providing dependable coverage during evening and weekend hours Working knowledge of FMCSA and DOT regulations, driver logbooks, ELD systems, highly recommended. Qualifications Previous trucking dispatch experience required Familiarity with Amazon Relay and Motive ELD is a strong plus Knowledge of regional trucking operations and logistics Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and make quick decisions under pressure Comfortable working with dispatch software, load boards, email, and phone systems Dependable and able to work evenings and weekends Professional attitude and strong attention to detail What We Offer Full-time opportunity Stable, growing trucking operation 24/7 operations and support Opportunity for advancement Team-oriented work environment Pay will depend on experience If you have trucking dispatch experience and are looking for a position where your skills make a real difference, we want to hear from you!
