Duties Manage incoming service requests via multi-line phone systems, ensuring prompt and professional communication with clients and technicians. Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians efficiently using vehicle dispatch software and transportation management systems. Utilize GPS and GIS tools to optimize routing and improve transportation planning for service calls. Maintain accurate data entry related to dispatch activities, customer details, and service logs in systems like SyteLine or Fleet management platforms. Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of parts and equipment needed for HVAC repairs. Communicate effectively with internal teams through internal communication channels, providing updates on dispatch status and vehicle locations Assist with analysis of transportation data to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask across multiple systems such as Microsoft Office, HouseCall Pro, Podium, etc. Excellent communication skills, including phone call management, phone etiquette, and internal communication protocols. Proficiency in data entry, typing accuracy, and managing multi-line phone systems in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of road transportation operations, freight logistics, fleet management, and shipping & receiving procedures. Analysis skills to interpret transportation data and optimize dispatch routes and schedules.
