In person (Onsite only) We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Onsite Towing Dispatcher to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office position at a busy towing company. No prior dispatch experience is required — we are willing to train the right candidate. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who can stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from customers, drivers, and service partners Dispatch tow truck drivers efficiently using phone, radio, and dispatch software Collect accurate information including location, vehicle details, and service needs Provide professional and courteous customer service during stressful situations Monitor driver status and relay updates to customers Enter call details and job updates into the system accurately Work closely with drivers and office staff to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
Strong verbal communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment Basic computer and typing skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Ability to remain calm under pressure Willingness to learn — training provided Must be able to work onsite (not a remote position) Preferred (Not Required): Dispatch, call center, or customer service experience Knowledge of local roads and areas
