Skanska's values —Be Better Together, Act Ethically and Transparently, Commit to Customer, and Care for Life—are deeply engrained in how we work, which is why our values support and drive our D&I efforts. + Work with the National VDC organization to define the SAT VDC operating model, standards and performance expectations to create consistent client and project experience across offices and geographies. + Establish portfolio-wide BIM/VDC execution frameworks, model and data requirements, quality controls, naming conventions, interoperability requirements and digital turnover standards. + Author and enforce BIM Execution Plans, company-wide modeling standards, LOD definitions, naming conventions, and data exchange protocols. + Partner with office and project leadership to develop portfolio staffing strategies, forecast demand, assign shared resources and balance utilization across concurrent projects. + Create mechanisms for multi-office collaboration, knowledge transfer, peer review and reuse of proven workflows, templates and lessons learned. + Partner with the National VDC organization to adopt and shape company software standards, process standards, governance, training, specialist support and enterprise vendor strategies. + Clarify decision rights between SAT, project teams, participating offices and National VDC, including ownership of exceptions, escalations and approvals. + Oversee delivery of model coordination, 4D/5D planning, logistics, prefabrication, model-based procurement, reality capture, conformance verification and digital turnover across the portfolio. + Establish portfolio QA/QC and assurance reviews to identify delivery risks, resolve inconsistencies and verify compliance with client, contract and Skanska requirements. + Develop and monitor VDC budgets, resource plans and portfolio performance measures; communicate capacity, risk, outcomes and investment needs to leadership. + Build and develop VDC leaders and technical specialists, support succession planning and provide consistent career and capability expectations across the group. + Support pursuits and preconstruction efforts by defining scalable delivery approaches, staffing assumptions, VDC narratives and client-facing demonstrations for national customers. + Partner with senior operations, project controls, and design to embed VDC into risk and opportunity management, schedule and cost control, and enterprise delivery standards. + Coordinate evaluation and adoption of VDC technologies through established National VDC and digital portfolio governance, avoiding duplicative tools and local workarounds. + Partner with local operating unit leadership across the country to align VDC staffing, execution, and priorities, ensuring consistent delivery across the SAT portfolio. + Develop and maintain peer-level relationships with VDC and digital delivery leaders at national clients to align expectations, standards, and emerging priorities, and translate that alignment into consistent project execution. +

- + 10+ years of progressive VDC experience in construction, including leadership of multiple projects, teams or portfolios.
Preferred Qualifications:
- + Experience delivering VDC in mission critical, data center, semiconductor, advanced manufacturing or similarly complex technical projects.

- Uses software applications to develop and modify 3D models to match project requirements. +
Building and Construction Knowledge:
- Applies building and construction knowledge, utilizing experience and current developments in the industry to safely build quality projects. +
Risk and Opportunity Management:
- Identifies potential risks related to operations, contracts, or project execution. Develops mitigation plans and strategies to control the impact of negative situations or to maximize opportunities throughout the life cycle of a project. +
Schedule Adherence and Tracking:
- Adheres to project timelines. Tracks information important to maintaining schedule adherence. Has advanced knowledge and ability to coach/guide others in: +
Plans and Specifications:
- Reads and interprets design and construction plans to determine technical specifications. +
Design Intent:
- Reads and interprets design requirements to identify and communicate flaws or necessary enhancements. +
Tools and Technology:
- Identifies and uses the appropriate technology and systems to support project visualization and execution.
Has demonstrated proficiency in:

- Leverages information within survey systems to interpret field data, align with the model and ensure accuracy. +
Quality Management:
- Establishes processes to meet quality standards. Monitors work practices to identify concerns or issues that do not meet these quality standards. Follows contract provisions for necessary corrective action. +
Quantity Calculations:
- Calculates quantities of materials needed for construction as determined by models and contract documents to generate cost estimates.
