Dispatch vacuum trucks, winch trucks, and other company equipment to assigned locations. Communicate job instructions, locations, start times, and customer requirements to drivers. Maintain constant communication with drivers, supervisors, customers, and management. Monitor drivers progress and respond to delays, breakdowns, schedule changes, or emergencies. Coordinate service calls and roadside assistance when needed. Keep accurate daily dispatch reports, driver assignments, truck information, job locations, and hours worked. Confirm that drivers complete field tickets, daily logs, DVIRs, disposal slips, and required job documentation. Verify that field tickets include correct locations, standby reasons, customer signatures, and supporting pictures. Report accidents, equipment problems, customer complaints, and safety concerns immediately. Assist with scheduling drivers while monitoring availability, hours, and days off. Maintain an organized dispatch area and properly file all paperwork. Protect confidential company, employee, and customer information. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Perform additional office and dispatch duties as assigned.
