Full Job Description About Us:

Legacy Towing Inc. is a fast-growing leader in private property impound (PPI) services. We are dedicated to providing professional, reliable, and customer-focused towing and patrol solutions. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team.

Position Overview:

As a Dispatcher, you will play a key role in the daily operations of our company. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, coordinating with drivers, and communicating with property managers to ensure smooth, efficient, and professional service delivery.

Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Dispatch tow drivers to calls in a timely and organized way. Communicate effectively with property managers regarding service requests and updates. Accurately document calls, tows, and service requests in company systems. Monitor driver activity and provide support to ensure efficient operations. Assist with clerical tasks, record-keeping, and other office duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Prior dispatch, customer service, or office experience preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable using computer systems, databases, and mobile applications. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

AM Benefits:
