Inc. is searching for a full-time Project Engineer / Dispatcher to drive field coordination, equipment logistics, and project administration for our operations. We are looking for an organized, proactive leader who can seamlessly blend construction engineering support with dynamic dispatch scheduling to keep our projects on time, on budget, and running safely. We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $95,000 per year , depending on experience. This position includes an extensive compensation package featuring weekly pay, health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401(k) plan with match, and paid time off.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent combination of industry experience). Direct experience managing construction documentation, including RFIs, PCOs, ACOs, purchase orders, subcontracts, and project financial ledgers. Proven track record scheduling, dispatching, and routing heavy equipment and trucks to optimize job site efficiency and control project costs. Excellent communication skills to coordinate seamlessly between field personnel, project managers, mechanics, and vendors while verifying operator licenses and certifications. Proficiency in reading construction plans and specifications, tracking asset locations/maintenance statuses, and using project management software.
