This position plays a vital role in coordinating service calls, supporting technicians and drivers, assisting customers, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and have excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Dispatch technicians and tow operators efficiently using dispatch software. Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service. Coordinate with customers, fleet managers, and vendors regarding service updates. Create and manage work orders, estimates, invoices, and documentation. Process customer payments using RoadSync and other payment platforms. Utilize Towbook, Shopmonkey, and other office software to manage daily operations. Maintain accurate records and assist with general administrative duties. Support management with various office projects and day-to-day tasks. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure timely and efficient service. Qualifications Previous dispatching, customer service, or office administration experience preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with computers and willing to learn new software systems. Experience with Towbook, Shopmonkey, RoadSync, or similar dispatch/management software is a plus.
