PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, communication protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor phones, radios, alarms, cameras, and/or other communication systems to receive calls for service, document activity, and relay information to appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner. Dispatch officers and/or site personnel to incidents, service requests, and priority situations across the location, while helping to support timely communication and coverage. Respond to incidents and critical situations by gathering details, maintaining situational awareness, and coordinating with site contacts, first responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as assigned, noting unusual activity and reporting security-related concerns according to site-specific policies.

Minimum Requirements:

Have 1+ years of law enforcement experience or 2+ years of security-related supervisor or manager experience or 3+ years of security-related experience. Possess a college degree. CPR certification is preferred. A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
