About the Role We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operations & Customer Service Representative to support daily warehouse operations while delivering excellent customer service. This role offers a unique blend of hands-on operational work and customer interaction. Mornings are focused on warehouse activities, while afternoons shift to customer communication and administrative support. Key Responsibilities Operations (Morning) Sort and organize daily orders for delivery or processing Verify order accuracy and identify discrepancies Assist with staging and preparing shipments Support general warehouse organization and workflow Customer Service (Midday-Afternoon) Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries Provide updates on orders, deliveries, and service requests Resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Maintain clear and accurate communication with customers and internal teams

Growth Opportunity:

Driver Settlements Assist with preparing and reviewing driver settlement reports Verify delivery data and pay items for accuracy Support administrative and reporting functions as needed Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, warehouse, or operations preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and organizational skills Work Environment This role combines warehouse and office responsibilities. The position requires active, hands-on work in the morning and transitions to desk-based customer service tasks in the afternoon.
