The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating service technicians which will provide efficient operations. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule service calls and dispatching software. Monitor transportation management systems, Management, to optimize routes and improve efficiency. Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations. Ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Utilize tools to analyze geographic data for better route planning. Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and service requests. Collaborate with supply chain teams to address any logistical challenges that may arise. Knowleged of the Tidewater area' Requirements Proven experience in dispatching is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective coordination. Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities. Must possess strong typing skills for data entry and record keeping.
