Job Description

The Dispatcher receives assistance requests from clients and customers, and assigns individuals and teams to respond to those requests.
PAY RATE
$22.28- $24.28 The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • No high school diploma, GED or college degree required.
  • No experience required and on the job training provided.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • One (1) year of prior multi-line reception experience or dispatching experience preferred
Required Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • One (1) year of prior multi-line reception experience or dispatching experience.
  • Prior experience scheduling and dispatching 50+ employees.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
  • Schedule and dispatch resources, which may be team members, crews, and teams to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs, using telephones and email.
  • Ensure timely and efficient movement of team members according to work orders and/or resource schedules.
  • Oversee all communications within specifically assigned area(s).
  • Record and maintain files and records of dispatch information including temporary employee time and schedules.
  • Confer with ABM supervisors and team members to address questions, problems, and requests for temporary coverage.
  • Compile statistics and reports on work progress.
  • Other duties as assigned.
