We are looking for a dependable Dispatcher to join an on-site team in Virginia. PLEASE NOTE

this position will operate on a Sunday through Thursday schedule, from 5pm - 1am with a 30 minute lunch and two 15 minute breaks (off days will be Friday and Saturday). You MUST be available for this schedule in order to be considered.

• Monitor overnight dispatch activity and coordinate timely responses to service requests, schedule changes, and operational needs.
• Communicate with customers, drivers, and internal staff to provide updates, resolve issues, and maintain smooth service throughout the shift.
• Use computer-aided dispatch tools and related systems to assign work, track activity, and document important details accurately.
• Manage incoming calls professionally, gather essential information, and route requests to the appropriate personnel or resources.
• Support logistics coordination by adjusting priorities as conditions change and ensuring efficient coverage during overnight hours.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, dispatch actions, and service outcomes to support reporting and operational continuity.
• Follow established shift expectations, including overnight coverage and scheduled break periods, while maintaining consistent service levels.
