PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and field operations personnel at a telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Monitor and coordinate dispatch communications for alarms, service requests, incidents, and critical situations, documenting information accurately and escalating notifications according to site procedures. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with on-site personnel, emergency responders, and appropriate internal contacts as directed. Maintain detailed dispatch logs, incident reports, and communication records while protecting confidential operational and customer information. Conduct regular and random patrols of the business, perimeter, and designated telecommunications infrastructure areas; working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

Possession of a guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
