Job Description
Superior Road Service LLC is seeking a motivated and dependable Roadside Assistance Dispatcher / Coordinator to support our growing roadside service business. This position is responsible for coordinating roadside assistance calls, providing exceptional customer service, and helping grow the company through customer relationships and business development. This is an on-call position , with work available as service requests are received. Calls may occur during the day, evenings, overnight, weekends, and holidays, so flexibility and responsiveness are essential. Responsibilities Answer incoming roadside assistance calls and assist customers with breakdowns. Gather customer and vehicle information and dispatch service technicians. Provide customers with timely updates throughout the repair process. Create and manage service orders. Process customer payments and maintain accurate records. Identify, source, and order parts when needed. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to minimize downtime. Build and maintain relationships with existing customers. Assist with sales efforts by identifying new business opportunities and developing commercial accounts. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Help market and grow the company through networking, customer outreach, and relationship building. Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned. Qualifications Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills. General knowledge of automotive and diesel trucks, trailers, and parts. Sales, customer service, or business development experience is preferred. Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer skills and attention to detail. Reliable phone and internet service. Self-motivated with a desire to help grow the business. Position Details On-call position with varying hours based on customer demand. Must be available to respond to calls during days, nights, weekends, and holidays. No employee benefits are provided with this position. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
