We are seeking a highly organized and customer focused Dispatch Coordinator to join our Everett team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience coordinating the installation processes and working closely with customers and team installers. Service Titan experience and a strong understanding of install workflows is highly preferred. This role is essential in ensuring smooth job progression, excellent customer experience, and accurate documentation throughout the installation lifecycle.
