Compensation:
Up to $1,442.00 per week• includes Base Pay + Bonuses + Overtime. This position is Full Time - Nonexempt.

Zappos Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for an individual with a flexible schedule to work any day of the week (Mon-Fri and Sat-Sun), as needed. Expect to work 8 + hour days and some days may start before 8AM and end after 8PM. Complete daily van and route assignments. Open and Close delivery operations as needed. Deliver progressive discipline, coaching and performance reviews for Delivery Drivers. Monitor progress of Delivery Drivers throughout the day and coordinate / prioritize package rescues, as needed. Address Delivery Driver problems and requests by communicating directly with Amazon personnel and providing solutions. Enter data in various systems and documents, maintain logs, record calls, activities and other information. On any given working day, you may be expected to drive & deliver packages. Basic fleet repair and maintenance knowledge is required. Coordinate and schedule vehicle maintenance and repairs with vendors. Incident documentation and reporting. Other relevant duties as required.
Qualifications :
Prior Delivery Driver experience. High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license. Must possess the ability to comfortably drive a large cargo delivery van. Must be able to lift packages (up to 50 lbs.) and be able to get in and out of a van quickly/often throughout a route. Must consent to a 4-panel drug test, including DMV vehicle record check Must have good computer skills. Must have good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
