This is a hands-on position responsible for coordinating daily deliveries, warehouse operations, inventory flow, drivers, and loading/unloading of building materials. Responsibilities Coordinate and dispatch daily customer deliveries Schedule drivers and organize efficient delivery routes Manage daily warehouse operations and workflow Coordinate incoming and outgoing materials Oversee loading and unloading of trucks Maintain accurate inventory and material placement Work closely with sales, warehouse staff, drivers, and customers Prepare and verify delivery paperwork and orders Help resolve delivery, inventory, and scheduling issues Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse Ensure company safety procedures are followed Requirements Previous experience in warehouse management, dispatch, logistics, or distribution Previous experience working with building materials Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple deliveries and priorities at the same time Basic computer skills Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Experience with building materials, construction supply, lumber, siding, roofing, or similar products is a strong plus.
