Bob's Heating and Air Conditioning is hiring for the position of Dispatcher. Being part of the dispatching team, your position will develop and maintain the Outside Sales Rep., Service, and Duct Cleaning Technicians daily schedules. Dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed. Schedule return trips with customers. Maintain our customer database with current information. Clear and concise communications with department managers, team members and company customers.

You are:

Someone who has a passion for customer service and an excellent phone presence, who will react well to a fast-paced environment with a team mentality. A reliable, professional individual with attention to detail and great organizational skills to provide scheduling support to a growing and ever-changing division. This position requires excellent data entry skills to maintain databases, as well as great interpersonal and communication skills to maintain relationships with customers and team members. This position is fast paced and requires the ability to prioritize workload and manage time efficiently.

Six (6) paid holidays Key Responsibilities Will Include Take incoming customer calls, prioritizing the Technician hotline Coordinate all service calls as received. Dispatch Service and Duct cleaning Technicians, one call at a time. Debrief Service Technicians before and after completion of each call. Forecast workload for 2 - 3 days out Maintain customer history files in database Other duties as assigned Qualifications Education High school education or equivalent. Required Qualifications Advanced customer service skills.
