In this vital role, you will oversee confined space rescue activities, ensuring safety, compliance, and rapid response during high-risk incidents. Your leadership will coordinate rescue teams, manage rescue operations, and uphold the highest standards of safety protocols. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by safeguarding lives through expert rescue management and emergency care. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate confined space rescue operations, ensuring swift and effective responses to emergencies. Supervise rescue teams during high-angle and confined space rescues, providing clear instructions and support. Ensure all team members are trained in all standards, PPE use, respiratory protection, and emergency procedures. Manage the use of self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) and personal protective equipment (PPE) to maintain safety standards. Maintain on-call coverage for emergency response situations, ensuring readiness at all times. Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the rescue team. Experience Proven experience in first responder field response, emergency care, CPR certification, and first aid training. Extensive background in confined space rescue operations, high-angle rescue techniques, and disaster response scenarios. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing rescue teams in outdoor or industrial environments. Strong knowledge of CSR standards related to rescue operations and respiratory protection protocols. Prior experience operating rescue equipment such as SCBA units and other specialized PPE. Valid driver's license with clean driving record; ability to operate emergency response vehicles as needed.
