Job Description
Position Summary Tatra Solutions is seeking an Emergency Management Clerk to support the Emergency Management Division at Strategic Weapons Facility Atlantic (SWFLANT) in Kings Bay, Georgia. This position provides hands-on administrative and operational support for emergency preparedness, all-hazards planning, training, exercises, equipment accountability, and emergency management program activities. The ideal candidate has significant DoD experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a military environment. Responsibilities Support emergency preparedness, response, recovery, and all-hazards planning activities. Assist with emergency plans, policies, procedures, and directives. Coordinate training events, exercises, meetings, after-action reviews, and lessons-learned sessions. Track emergency response equipment, PPE, supplies, and training requirements. Develop and update training materials using Microsoft Office. Maintain emergency management records and route documents using Microsoft SharePoint. Support the Operations Control Room (OPCON) and other emergency management work areas. Assist with issuing, receiving, transporting, and maintaining emergency response equipment. Support required equipment accountability and preventive maintenance documentation. Coordinate with military personnel, Government civilians, contractors, and other organizations as required. Qualifications Active DoD SECRET clearance 10+ years of defense industry experience required. A minimum of an Associates Degree Experience working with the New START Treaty required. Knowledge of DoD and/or Department of the Navy programs, policies, procedures, and work environments. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SharePoint experience preferred. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. Must possess and maintain a SECRET security clearance. Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds and work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
