• 125,000/Year Senior Leadership | Operations | Safety | Growth Hulcher Services is seeking an experienced Senior Division Manager to lead and grow railroad emergency response operations across the region.

What You'll Do Lead Division Managers, field crews, and operations Drive safety, staffing, training, and performance Oversee equipment, maintenance, utilization, and productivity Manage budgets, costs, revenue, and profitability Develop customer relationships and support business growth Respond to major railroad derailments and emergency projects What You Need 5+ years of management experience in railroad derailment, environmental services, heavy construction, or similar emergency operations Proven experience leading managers and field operations Strong leadership, financial, safety, and problem-solving skills Heavy equipment/industrial operations experience Valid driver's license High school diploma or equivalent Class A CDL preferred

NOT REQUIRED
