Position Summary Ashley Smith Construction, LLC (ASC), a commercial contractor headquartered in Covington, Louisiana and serving clients statewide, is seeking an experienced Emergency Service Remediation General Manager to lead and expand our Emergency Services Division. This role is responsible for managing existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and overseeing emergency mitigation and remediation operations across Louisiana. Key Duties & Responsibilities Account Management — Maintain and grow existing emergency service client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and consistent communication. Business Development — Identify and secure new opportunities within the emergency restoration and remediation industry. Statewide Operations Oversight — Direct emergency response activities across Louisiana, ensuring rapid mobilization and compliance with ASC standards. Staff & Subcontractor Management — Organize, supervise, and coordinate employees and subcontractors throughout the state. Regulatory & IICRC Compliance — Ensure all emergency service activities meet IICRC standards and Louisiana regulatory requirements. Project Leadership — Oversee project managers, field teams, and subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency. Reporting & Documentation — Maintain accurate job documentation, including moisture mapping, daily logs, and client communication. Culture & Team Development — Promote ASC's "can‑do" culture, teamwork, and high‑performance environment.
