Help lead a talented group of full-time Firefighter-EMTs and Paramedics, who are well trained and equipped to provide a wide variety of emergency medical care, risk reduction initiatives, and critical incident response. The City of Maplewood is seeking a Battalion Chief due to a promotion. Responsible for proactively leading daily operations, strategic coordination, and supervisory oversite of fire suppression, EMS, training, and community risk reduction. Guided by the mission to serve the community's needs and enhance quality of life, this role champions exceptional service delivery, empowers personnel, and strengthens community relationships through innovative emergency response and proactive risk-reduction initiatives.
