Administrative Manager Emergency Management and Homeland Security | College of Emergency Preparedness, Homeland Security and Cybersecurity The University at Albany's College of Emergency Preparedness, Homeland Security, and Cybersecurity (CEHC) seeks an Administrative Manager to support the Department of Emergency Management and Homeland Security. This highly collaborative position serves as the operational hub of the department, overseeing budget activities, coordinating academic and personnel processes, supporting faculty teaching and research initiatives, and serving as a key liaison with campus administrative offices. The successful candidate will be an organized and proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, excels at problem-solving and relationship-building, and is committed to providing exceptional service to faculty, staff, and students while contributing to the department's strategic and operational goals.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from a college or University accredited by the US Department of Education or internationally recognized accrediting organization. 2 years of professional experience in an administrative capacity. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications:
MS/MA from a college or university accredited by the US Department of Education or an internationally recognized accrediting organization. Higher Education administration experience.
