Overview Join our dynamic team as a Rapid Response to Recovery Community Paramedicine Implementation Specialist! In this vital role, you will lead efforts to deploy community-based paramedicine programs that enhance recovery and improve health outcomes for diverse populations. Your energetic approach and leadership skills will drive the successful implementation of innovative healthcare solutions, ensuring timely response and comprehensive support for individuals in need. Responsibilities Lead the planning, coordination, and deployment of community paramedicine programs focused on rapid response and recovery efforts. Collaborate with local emergency services, healthcare providers, and community organizations to develop effective protocols and workflows. Train and mentor paramedics and healthcare staff on program procedures, first aid, CPR, and emergency management best practices. Monitor program performance, collect data, and generate reports to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Serve as a liaison between stakeholders to ensure seamless communication during emergency responses and recovery phases. Conduct outreach initiatives to educate communities about available services and promote engagement with the program. Maintain compliance with all safety standards, licensing requirements, and organizational policies related to emergency medical services. Qualifications Proven EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) experience with a strong understanding of pre-hospital care procedures. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience guiding teams or managing projects in fast-paced environments. Certifications in CPR, first aid, and emergency management are required; additional credentials in healthcare or community outreach are a plus. Familiarity with community health initiatives, patient advocacy, or public health programs is desirable. Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate among diverse teams and engage community members. Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations while maintaining focus on safety and quality care standards. Pay:
$90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
