Train and mentor paramedics and healthcare staff on program procedures, first aid, CPR, and emergency management best practices. Monitor program performance, collect data, and generate reports to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Serve as a liaison between stakeholders to ensure seamless communication during emergency responses and recovery phases. Conduct outreach initiatives to educate communities about available services and promote engagement with the program. Maintain compliance with all safety standards, licensing requirements, and organizational policies related to emergency medical services. Qualifications Proven EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) experience with a strong understanding of pre-hospital care procedures.
