This position serves as the primary administrator of the university's emergency notification platform, ensuring its operational readiness, technical integrity and effective use during emergencies. Part of the Emergency Management team, the specialist collaborates with the Texas Tech Fire Marshal's Office, Texas Tech Police Department, Marketing & Communications, Information Technology and other campus partners to maintain emergency notification capabilities, support emergency response operations, and advance campus preparedness efforts.
