This opportunity is ideal for a proven business leader with strong P&L ownership, upper-level management experience, and a demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams, lead through change, and deliver sustainable growth in a service-driven environment. Why This Role In this role, you will serve as a key operational leader with broad influence across hospital strategy, business performance, people leadership, and client satisfaction. Working in close partnership with senior operational and medical leadership, you will help shape priorities, strengthen organizational capability, optimize performance, and position the hospital for long-term success. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic and operational leadership for the hospital, with accountability for performance, service excellence, team engagement, and overall business results. Partner closely with the Medical Director and senior leadership to align clinical, operational, and financial priorities. Lead full P&L management, including budgeting, labor optimization, revenue growth, cost discipline, and performance against key business metrics. Develop and lead a high-performing leadership culture through strong talent acquisition, coaching, succession planning, and accountability. Drive operational consistency, compliance, and an elevated client experience while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and scale performance. Leverage financial data, scorecards, and operational insights to inform decisions, solve complex challenges, and execute impactful action plans. What We Are Looking For Significant experience with P&L leadership, including budget ownership, financial analysis, margin management, and profit-driving operational decisions. Upper-level management experience leading managers, supervisors, or multi-disciplinary teams in a complex, fast-paced healthcare, veterinary, or service environment. Demonstrated success in operational leadership, organizational development, workforce planning, and performance improvement. Executive presence with the ability to influence across functions, lead change effectively, and align teams to strategic priorities. Strong business and operational acumen, with a track record of improving efficiency, client satisfaction, and financial performance. Veterinary, healthcare, or multi-site service leadership experience is strongly preferred. Demand Pay Range:
$115,000 - $130,000; depending on experience.
