We're Hiring an Operations Manager Who Runs a Tight Ship We're looking for someone who takes pride in running a clean, organized, and highly responsive gym—where nothing slips through the cracks and standards stay high at all times. We're a tight-knit team focused on helping members build lasting healthy habits through personalized coaching, custom workout plans, and real accountability. We're expanding—and we need someone who can own the operational standard as we grow. ⸻ About the Role As Operations Manager, you are responsible for how the gym feels every single day.

If something is:

dirty broken slow disorganized …it's your responsibility to resolve it—fast. You will own the day-to-day execution of the facility, ensuring members consistently have a high-quality experience from the moment they walk in. ⸻ What You'll Be Responsible For Daily facility walkthroughs—equipment floor, locker rooms, sauna, tanning, common areas Equipment issue tracking and follow-through until resolved Member communication—billing questions, access issues, and complaints handled quickly and completely Overseeing cleaning standards and holding staff accountable to daily execution Monitoring member feedback and acting on it proactively Supporting new member onboarding quality and experience Coordinating with Membership Consultants and cleaning staff to keep standards consistent Tracking and reporting on operational KPIs—facility condition, response times, member satisfaction, retention ⸻ What Success Looks Like The gym always feels clean, organized, and well-run—every shift, every day Members get fast, helpful responses within minutes, not hours Equipment issues are tracked and resolved, not forgotten New members feel welcomed and supported Problems are handled quickly and don't repeat ⸻ This Role Is NOT For You If You wait to be told what to do You're comfortable with "good enough" You move slowly or let things sit You struggle to follow through consistently ⸻ This Role IS For You If You notice small details others miss You take ownership of problems immediately You move quickly and follow through You like running a structured, high-standard environment You take pride in keeping things tight and dialed in You're comfortable with technology—we use real tools (dashboards, CRM, gym management software) to run the operation ⸻ Compensation & Growth $50,000-$70,000+/year depending on experience Performance-based bonus tied to operational KPIs (retention, member satisfaction, facility standards) Strong performers can convert bonus into higher base after proven results Real path to grow into senior operational leadership as we expand to additional locations

Schedule:

Full-time. Primarily daytime/afternoon hours. Some weekend coverage required. ⸻ Why Body Renew?
