Morning Breakfast Attendant Holiday Inn Express & Candlewood - Anchorage 160 West 48th Avenue, Anchorage, AK 99503 $17 an hour $17 an hour Are you a food service professional with a strong desire to provide excellent customer service to guests? You might be just what we're looking for in our next breakfast attendant. Our busy hotel is looking for a detail-oriented person to set up and take down our breakfast buffet, ensuring that fruits, bread, cereals, and bakery items are always available. You'll also need to walk throughout the dining area, refilling coffee and beverages, and cleaning up used plates and utensils. 5:30 am-11 am

Compensation:

$17 hourly

Responsibilities:

Set up the breakfast buffet table and ensure fresh items are stocked and available throughout service Use appropriate procedures for removing used plates, glasses, and silverware in an efficient manner throughout breakfast service Serve guests with food and drink orders while they are in the dining area and replenish as necessary Follow health and safety protocols to clean and sanitize service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner

Qualifications:

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) Outstanding time management and organizational skills Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience Food service industry experience is highly desired Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with guests and other team members About Company We're opening our doors—and building our team—from the ground up in midtown Anchorage.
