Responsibilities How you'll make an impact in this role Responsible for the testing, inspection, implementation, and overall upkeep of facility equipment, structures, and systems. Conducts routine manufacturer-specified maintenance on HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing systems, while handling minor repairs like replacing bulbs and fixing leaks. Ensures high-traffic areas (walkways, parking lots, entryways) remain safe and free of debris, hazards, snow, and ice. Manages the distribution of materials, moving furniture, equipment, and files between facility locations or storage. Conducts daily checks and basic repairs on medical transport gear (wheelchairs), nurse call systems, utility panels, and communication systems while following strict safety/regulatory codes.
