Oversees maintenance and security of facilities; oversees renovation projects and monitors work to improve energy efficiency, productivity or employee safety. May work in manufacturing and production, or manage hotels, small apartment buildings, trailer parks or recreational facilities.

Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of experience managing technical teams in charge of operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and controls infrastructure and components. Experience in mentoring or developing managers.Preferred qualifications:
Experience in mission-critical systems operations (e.g., power generation, data center, refinery, chip fabrication, chemical processing, or other high consequence environments). Experience in collaborating with other business units to meet company goals and standards. Understanding of the operations and maintenance of electrical, control systems, and mechanical systems in a data center environment. Ability to develop and grow team members through coaching, mentoring, and training. Excellent people management and leadership skills.
