Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Facility Manager to lead day-to-day operations for a high-profile commercial real estate portfolio. You will oversee building maintenance, vendor and contractor performance, budgets, capital projects, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Partner with clients to enhance asset value, drive sustainability, and deliver superior occupant experience. Lead and develop onsite teams, implement service-level KPIs, and use data and technology to optimize performance. Collaborate across JLL to support innovation, cost savings, and continuous improvement in facility operations.
