ASSISTANT FACILITY DIRECTOR OVERVIEW

Consolidated Youth Services (CYS) is seeking a dependable, compassionate leader to serve as Assistant Facility Director. The Assistant Facility Director plays a vital role in supporting the management and daily facility operations. This position involves supervising direct care staff, working closely with youth while helping to maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment.

PAY:

$20.00 ~ $22.00 per hour. Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked on Saturday and Sunday, bringing weekend pay to $22.00 ~ $24.00 per hour.

SCHEDULE

Rotation B evenings.

Scheduled shifts:

Every Monday, Tuesday and Every Other Wednesday 12:00 p.m. - 10:30 p. m.

Every Sunday:

9:00 a.m. - 10:30 p.m.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide leadership and supervision to direct care staff during assigned shifts. Support facility routines, youth supervision, and program activities. Respond to behavioral concerns and crises with sound judgment and professionalism. Ensure staff follow agency policies, safety procedures, and documentation requirements. Communicate incidents, concerns, and staffing needs to the Facility Director. Work collaboratively with case managers, clinicians, and other team members to support youth.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree required. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to remain calm, make sound decisions, and lead staff during challenging situations. Ability to work the assigned rotation, including weekends. Experience working with youth in residential care, behavioral health, juvenile justice, or a related setting preferred.
