Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Mobile Facilities Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience in facilities maintenance. Duties Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair facility equipment Performs repairs, modifications, and preventative maintenance on buildings and facilities, equipment, fixtures, and systems. Troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains facility systems including patch & paint. Reviews service requests for repairs and maintenance, determines nature of problem, and recommends appropriate solution. Leads and directs by assigning, monitoring, and reviewing progress and accuracy of work. Serves as a resource to others in the resolution of complex problems and issues. Coordinates work with outside contractors. Assures code and building standards are met. Assists in the movement of furniture, materials, and equipment as required. Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures. Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

Experience Required:

•Experience in facilities maintenance

•Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs

•Leadership skills to coordinate maintenance tasks effectively

Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

High School graduate or demonstrated equivalent. 3 years of experience in area of specialization.
