2993588543-2 Apply for this job now Job Description MilliporeSigma is seeking a Semiconductor Facilities Operations Technician to support reliable, safe operations at our biotechnology and pharmaceutical manufacturing site. In this role you will monitor, operate, and troubleshoot semiconductor-related facility systems, including cleanroom utilities, gases, vacuum, and environmental controls. You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to alarms, document activities per GMP and EHS standards, and partner with engineering, production, and EHS teams to drive continuous improvement, uptime, and asset reliability in a highly regulated, science-driven environment. Responsibilities Monitor and operate semiconductor facility and cleanroom utility systems to ensure stable, safe performance Perform routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance on facility and process-support equipment Respond to equipment alarms and system upsets, troubleshooting and escalating issues as needed Maintain accurate logs, work orders, and GMP/EHS documentation for audits and compliance Collaborate with engineering, production, and EHS to improve reliability, uptime, and safety Support change controls, equipment startups, and commissioning activities for new or upgraded systems Required Skills Semiconductor facility operations Equipment monitoring and control Cleanroom protocols Preventive maintenance HVAC and process utilities systems Troubleshooting and root cause analysis Environmental health and safety (EHS) compliance GMP/GLP documentation
