Job Description

Facility Lead Department:
Operations Cubework offers flexible, on-demand warehouse and commercial spaces. We are a co-warehousing real estate company with 75+ locations nationwide. We provide warehouse space, private offices, shared coworking space, commercial vehicle parking, outdoor commercial storage, and event space. We are looking for an experienced and proactive Facility Lead to oversee the daily operations of our 70+ locations working alongside the U.S. facility team members. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all buildings and grounds are maintained to high standards, managing local staff, and complying with all local regulations and laws. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to adapt to multicultural environments.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee operations assigned to him or her, ensuring efficient use of space and resources. Oversee the day-to-day operations of all facilities, including maintenance, security, and custodial services in all assigned buildings. Lead a team of property associates build, and maintenance staff, providing training, supervision, and support to ensure high performance and adherence to standards. Coordinate with tenants and manage the needs and address issues related to space utilization, maintenance, and services with the local property associates and maintenance staff. Oversee the maintenance, inspection, and repair in all facilities, including structural, electrical, and plumbing systems. Conduct regular inspections with the local staff and city officials, inspectors to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and cleanliness standards. All permit, utilities documentation and submittals Coordinate with international and local contractors for facility projects and repairs. Manage bids, contracts and relationships with external service providers and contractors. Prepare and manage annual budgets for facility operations and maintenance. Ensure compliance with building and city regulations on warehouse plans and racking systems with internal drafter and our corporate team members. Conduct regular daily, weekly, monthly, web meetings, emails, and phone calls with the local team to conduct audits to ensure all locations meet company and regulatory standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant maintenance and service requests, emergency response and crisis management related to facility issues. All customer and tenant customer-related issues must be handled and managed daily. Project assignments and related travel required Emergency contact and afterhours response to emergency Must be able to provide daily and weekly reports for: schedules, work assignments, duty roster, project progress reports, submit and update orders for
Yardi Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of experience in facility management working with U.S companies Strong leadership and personnel management skills. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in English and grammatical skills Knowledge of local laws and regulations regarding facilities and employment. Experience in budgeting and financial management. Technical knowledge of building systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.) a plus
