Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Lead Facility Technician to oversee and manage the maintenance and operation of complex mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems within our facilities. Your expertise in facilities maintenance, troubleshooting, and leadership will drive the success of our maintenance operations, supporting a safe and productive environment for all staff and visitors. Performs routine inspections and repairs of exterior/interior facilities to include roofs, ceilings, walls, floors and fixtures. Performs electrical system troubleshooting and electrical repairs. Performs carpentry and painting repairs; performs plumbing and light concrete placement and repair; HVAC maintenance and repairs. Perform welding tasks including fabrication and metal repair. Performs routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks to include HVAC, generators, cranes, corrosion control, grounding systems and lightning protection systems. Performs replacement of warehouse racks and beams. Maintains outdoor grounds and parking lots to be clean and free of debris Performs assembly and/or moving of furniture, other site items Creates and/or completes maintenance work tickets providing the actions and procedures carried out to complete tasks. Responds to emergency situations during and after hours Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area Other duties as assigned.
